We would be happy to review your skills and meet with you face-to-face or online for a relaxed conversation. Our aim is to get to know you and for you to learn more about us and succeed throughout the recruitment process and in your future chosen career.

 

Our recruitment stages

Apply for the role

Apply for the role you are interested in and we’ll do an initial evaluation of your skills and experience to determine your fit with the position.

Initial Call

If we think your skills and experience are a match we will reach out and schedule an initial call with you.

Interviews

If we’re on the same page we’ll schedule a competency based interview with your potential manager and our TA team. If successful, you’ll have the opportunity to meet with other colleagues from the company for a second round interview. For some roles a psychometric test may also form part of the process.

If all goes well, we look forward to welcoming you onboard and supporting you in your new role and future career with us.

Do I need to prepare for an initial call?

There is no need to prepare, just be yourself and feel open to help us to get to know you more, showcasing your personality, your expertise, professional background. Show us your motivation, what drives you to succeed, as well as your successes. Don’t be afraid to ask questions throughout the whole interview process.

Can I work remotely?

We  believe  that  working  together alongside colleagues  is  critical  to  support  collaboration,  team working  and  our  Asahi  culture,  therefore we expect you to spend a minimum of 60% of your working time per month in the office.

Do you have a dress code?

We don´t have a particular dress code in our office and believe that smart casual in style is always a good choice.

What’s your approach to international mobility?

We are committed to learning and development of all Asahi colleagues and encourage internal mobility across the markets in Europe where we operate. Obviously this depends on the specifics of the role and business needs.
